Expiring Status Quo: Initiating an OR Resource Optimization Project A FREE webinar sponsored by TECSYS

The OR supply chain is a multimillion-dollar management issue in most organizations.  It is a complex matter: Physician preference items, supply shortages and substitutions, procedure and approach variations, reliance on other departments, and sterile processing turnaround all produce the daily stress of wondering if you will have to scramble to make sure all the equipment and supplies are in the room when the surgeon and patient arrive. What if there was a better way? Mercy, based in St. Louis, MO, embarked on the journey to transform perioperative operations 2 years ago. This is a multiyear project, but significant progress has already been made. Join this webinar to learn about the early-stage work done at Mercy that has laid the foundation for ongoing success and increased savings.
