He has been in perioperative nursing for more than 15 years in various positons including staff nurse, vendor patient educator, orthopedic surgical team member, and OR manager. He earned an AA in nursing and BSN from Pacific Union College, and an MS in nursing education from Edgewood College, Madison, WI.
